Has the addictiveness of a mobile game - and vitae - and I'm hoping it can still get into the running. Whether it does or not, I think I wanna offer this guy money to make a version for me :P  I'm not rich or anything, but maybe it'll be really quick and easy- they did this one in only a month!

I was also super dad that I finished on the 30th and opened the page to see it closed on the 29th.  I then saw "for a month" counted the days and was like oh. I see.  I had thought it said "for the month of November" and had been doing everything for November 30 at midnight. Broke my heart, I worked so long and hard. I'm assuming finishing my game and putting it anywhere for people to try would now be copyright infringement. WoD, if you're listening, can I at least send it to you, to enjoy even though it's ineligible for the contest?  And/or can I make it 4th edition and put it out?  I don't know the rules for Dark Pack concerning other editions of vampire and video games...

Dear Diary, I gotta admit, I did not expect to like it, I didn't even want to like it when I hit play, because I've always had this weird thing where I just hate the comedy genre 99% of the time. AND I HATED the idea of mixing comedy with the dark vampire genre but you know what? It frickin' worked. The hospital scene was awesome, somehow creepy AND funny AND I even laughed out loud. Hot damn... Good job.

That was pretty fun!  I wish the relationship map could get more complex, like with multiple links to solve. What engine was that? I'm curious how to make my games playable by itch.. If I could change one thing about it, I'd add Play Again? button to the ending

I really hope this wins. Are we able to vote somehow or is it only up to WoD?

Wow. An absolute masterpiece. The makers of this game are the only people I want to play tabletop with now. What engine did you all use to make the game?  I'm giving every submission a playthrough and you just raised the bar for everyone- the writer is either already a published book author or ABSOLUTELY SHOUL D  BE!!!

Seems amazing at first, but can you have any option that helps hint at where to go to find things? Like I don't know where the fuse box is. Love the art, what engine was this made on?

super original idea, very cool, but is it supposed to end after the pirate battle?

My favorite so far!  It was mostly the little things, the sound effects, the cuts, the graphic inserts, etc. What engine were you using?

Couldn't turn, only walk forward and crouch. Couldn't strafe. Couldn't click on anything

That was great! What program did you make it with?

Absolutely mind-blowing work. Great job in a short time crunch. My favorite so far!

It wasn't one person, it was a team. You can see in the credits I believe

cons: a bit short, and I would've liked less run on dialogue without choices. But then, other text-based games sometimes have too many choices, one every paragraph until they seem worthless soo... *shrug*

pros: I like the photos you chose for people, and I thought the music and ambiance was spot on

cons: Is there a way to make it so the whole page appears at once, instead of a click per paragraph? 

Also, sometimes there would be only one choice, so if only one, why not just make it a turn-page button?

pros:  I like the parchment look of the "paper," helps with the theme and mood. 

I also liked wondering if the plot about the painting was a meta-commentary on these games as art :)

Cons: No significant complaints here!

Pros: This was really good writing! Not only that, the simple fact that there weren't noticeable spelling or grammar errors, which, especially in games that mostly text/story-driven, can be really jarring and pull me out of the mood. :D

cons: A bit of an issue with things being off-centered/off-screen and a sort of stutter as pages turn, but nothing significant

pros: I like the tone of the narrator and their... cheekiness? :)  And I was wondering, did you take those photos of that cathedral yourself? Those were beautiful!

Very impressive

Cons: There are realllyy longgg runs of reading but having no choices to make, where it begins to feel less like a game and more like reading a book. 

Pros: Everything seemed so professional, I would've thought it came from a game developer like the other games WoD has put out.

The music and artwork was done perfectly. The photos that showed the difference between dialogue and thoughts...

I thought the nicest touch was probably the links to a glossary for anyone who didn't have a knowledge of the lore. That was quite inspired!

Wow, very professional, I thought that was impressive.

Cons: There was a weird lurching in first person whenever my character took their first step. I actually came close to throwing up it was so much vertigo.  I found it hard to climb stairs and too easy to clip through objects like bookshelves and even walls. I would start to climb walls and open door frames without wanting to. I couldn't even get in my parents' house without climbing in through a closed window.

In third person, sometimes it would not be possible to move the camera while running.

Pros: So much detail! Forks and spoons on the table, etc.

I could side-flip all day, loved the parkour! (I'm a parkour instructor) I liked how items of note would light up so I could see they were important. 

Nice music throughout. Nice branching choices where I could call the police or not call them. 

Loved being able to call up a map.

The little things make it truly impressive. Like someone took the time to write an entry on how tossing their backpack down at the door was a bad habit. They didn't have to, but they did, and that helped establish the character better than some movies. Great effort!

cons: no idea how to run the game once I download a mysterious "7z" file. My computer asks "what application do you want to use to run this file?"

cons: I download the game and extract a folder, but there's no obvious way to play

You have to build parks I believe, to placate the Garou. As for money, there are scripted events like your sire giving you gifts and winning the lottery. Not sure if they're on a timer or randomized.

Cons: It seems to start too slow, and then end too quickly. I'm wondering if there's a way to have a button that does double speed, 3x speed, etc. 

Tons of spelling and grammar errors.

Pros: Its simplicity would make it a really addictive mobile game, especially if the complexity were upped by making the layout of the city matter, like if it mattered what locations were touching what locations, how dense they were, or whether something was in the city center or on the outskirts.

The music was my favorite part- nailed it!

Not bad, I don't mind the music too much, my only gripe was having to click exactly on the elipses to progress, but all in all, I appreciated the photography. Seems like you put in hard work setting that up. Fun intro to being a vampire

I'm excited to help. I'm an English professor historically, so I'd be happy to edit for spelling, grammar, etc.

I have an idea that I can't decide if I'm going to make it into a storyteller vault chronicle book or a game.  It's basically the real-life story of something that I dealt with that gave me psychological problems. My therapist said it would be healing to write about it, so I think it could be cathartic to write about it, and add vampires. :)

I'm down to check out the characters and try to come up with a story :)
